Workshop
We encourage you to make your own audio interpretations of what defines being Danish. The word danishness (in Danish: danskhed) has over the past ten years been monopolized by the far right, reduced to stereotypes and used to exclude “foreigners”. We wish to do the opposite, include all, and show the beauty of diverse interpretation of what sounds Danish. We do this as a public service, because we think cross cultural understanding is essential, and because it´s fun listening and working with audio expression. To keep on with this, we need your participation.
Expensive recording gear is nice to have, but you don´t need it to get started. You can use your mobile phone and we will provide tutorials on how.
We have audio exercises and games that can heighten your listening skills.
